Update on initial discussions It's looking like this might be a nightmare to try to achieve consensus. The way forward may well be to make two trips, one to Bristol on the 9th for those for whom it's convenient and one to Oxford on the Sunday for those who will struggle with the travelling midweek. I suspect that this might make discounting tickets with a block booking a struggle but frankly we'd only be saving a couple of quid anyway, so let's not worry about that. Let us know which date you fancy via the discussion and we'll sort something out.
I don't know which is the best date and venue so I'll go with the majority. If we get into double figures I'm happy to try to negotiate a block booking. By May I'll know more about the SASP finances and if it's viable I may be able to subsidise the tickets a little. No promises.
